We like to keep things simple with our IT services. We can assist with almost anything to get a business off the ground and support with it's growth, but our core, project based services are:

We don't do networking, broadband, hosting, software development or complex delivery services but can make an introduction to organisations who can.

PC Repair
If you have a personal or business device that you are experiencing difficulty with, please arrange the 15 minute, free of charge, repair consultation call below or drop us a message on WhatsApp / e-mail via our Contact page so we can assess what issues you may be facing and provide guidance for the next steps.
We offer a range of repair services to ensure your device is up and running again but may need to keep hold of the device for a while to assess the problems and provide a resolution.
Sometimes new hardware is needed so any costs involved we will be as transparent as possible with you on before proceeding with any works.
We don't repair mobile phones, games consoles or tablets. This service is for Desktop or Laptop devices only.

IT Support
We also offer a non-24/7 IT support service package which gives you 4 hours per month to call up on us for any IT requirements you may have.
These services are to be delivered remotely where possible but we can also visit a local site if required.
This effectively keeps us on a retainer for IT services in future and really allows us to work with you closely to ensure you keep up with the pace of IT change as your business grows. You can use this service for:

adopting new software advice and guidance

general IT guidance
-
creating new accounts for new starters and ensuring they have what they need to work
-
technical support for existing IT infrastructure
This service costs £125.00 per month and is pre-paid. It can be cancelled at any time and any remaining pre-paid support for the month will remain valid.
You will have access to an account whereby you can raise tickets and request support whenever you need and we will respond within our SLAs. Meetings can also be booked through your account.

This is an off the shelf start up package for new or small businesses.
If you are looking get your business up and running and to reach new customers in a professional manner, then this package is for you.

*This package will carry additional monthly costs out of our control for website hosting and software/licencing although this is not a significant add on. You also need your own logo (we can help for an additional fee) and to purchase a domain name which we can help you setup. Your domain name will remain in your control and will again carry a purchase and maintenance cost which we cannot control but will help guide you on. The created website is for service based businesses only and no store or purchasing methods will be supported for the sale of goods online. Banking services guidance is on a non-advisory basis and hunley is not a regulated financial advisor or is liable for any ongoing costs.
